The primary responsibility of an Escrow Exchange Officer is to process your accounts, utilizing the assistance of the support staff. You will grow the business by providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships. As Escrow Exchange Officers, you will be trained to use Streamline Escrow Software and will manage escrow desks that handle a variety of transactions including all kind of Exchanges, Sales, REO, Refinance, Commercial/Industrial and Relocation depending on individual experience.
Qualifications:

• 1 to 4 years of escrow sale experience, including exchanges
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong customer service relation skills

Assist Escrow Officer in the processing and settlement of existing sale escrows, handling refinance escrows and completing closings.
Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of work experience in an office environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Customer oriented
